How We Can Help

Choose a Service

Psychiatric Evaluation

In-person and telehealth appointments are available to assess, diagnose, evaluate, and treat behavioral health concerns affecting relationships, work, social connection, or daily life

Psychoeducation

Visits may include education about medications, health conditions, behavioral health concerns, and practical steps that support informed participation in care

Medication Management and Deprescribing

Follow-up outpatient care includes careful medication review, monitoring, and education. Patients will be prescribed necessary medications when clinically appropriate, and they will be educated for their role in maintaining their health.

Deprescribing is a process of tapering or stopping medications to achieve improved health outcomes by reducing exposure to medications that are potentially either harmful or no longer required. It can reduce risk of polypharmacy, adverse effects, and possibly other health and financial stressors in the future. This process is not considered until after a period of stability, and is a personal choice executed in collaboration between provider-patient under careful and prudent monitoring. The process can be stopped at any point if the patient OR the provider feels the risks outweigh the benefits.

Supportive Psychotherapy

Supportive psychotherapy is incorporated into follow-up care, helping patients explore concerns in a professional, empathetic, and nonjudgmental setting

Integrative Support

Whole-person care may include coaching, education, and or referrals to nutrition, mindfulness and stress reduction, or referral to other complementary therapies such as acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, yoga, biofeedback, neurofeedback

Genesight Testing

Rather than trial and error, Genesight testing can reveal how your body metabolizes medication and assist in predicting medication outcomes. A Genesight can be ordered as a DNA swab and will be analyzed for a balanced approach for any medication regimen tailored to your individual needs.
